One of the most popular questions we are often asked is, ‘which are the best anti aging creams’?

Do you remember when you were a child, you looked around and saw lots of older people with graying hair and wrinkled faces. To me, it was like they were living in a different place at a different time.

Then that day arrives, normally when you’re about to hit your thirties, when you look into the mirror and see the odd gray hair and find lines and tiny wrinkles on your face, that seemed to appear almost overnight. At first, you put it down to too many late nights, but the damage is still in evidence when look the following morning.

You are not the only one it has happened to; there are billions of us who have had the same ghastly, shocking experience of seeing the first signs of aging. And, whilst it is indeed a bit of a surprise, there is no need to panic as there are ways in which you can either slowdown the aging process, or even stop it for a while.

It is all in the mind, and if you approach the problem in a sensible, logical manner, you don’t really have much to worry about.

We’ve received many questions from our visitors asking which the best anti aging creams are. Most of course are anxious to find out whether the chemically based cream that they may be using is indeed harmful to them on a long-term basis.

Lots of women, and more recently men, like to think that their routine of cleanser, toner and moisturizer still does the job, and that the products they are using are perfectly safe. Quite often, this is not the case, and we will advise them to use a good quality natural soap, as an alternative.

Others use popular off-the-shelf anti aging creams bought in the mall or supermarket. Unfortunately, many of these products are made with chemical ingredients which will often have many side effects.

We usually advise these people to consider more natural creams which contain anti aging ingredients taht have been proven to reduce wrinkles; by increasing collagen and elastin in the skin.

Many (chemical) creams contain mineral oils, parabens and petrolatum in addition to other simplistic ingredients. These substances work superficially but they don’t make any longstanding enhancements to the skin and they do cause some of our clients a certain amount of distress from the side effects they endure.

Avocado, jojoba oil, rape seed oil, vitamin C, simple water and one or two other natural ingredients offer effective protection to the skin and can help reduce wrinkles.

Several high quality natural compounds, such as CoenzymeQ10, CynergyTk and Wakame Kelp have been looked upon favorably to help and reverse the effects of skin aging.

It is claimed that many ‘A’ list celebrities use products which contain these compounds as they include keratin which is known to actively stimulate the skin cells which in turn promotes the production of new collagen thus giving the appearance of fresher, newer and younger looking skin.

Whilst you don’t get immediate results with many creams you can decrease your wrinkles if you follow a fairly stringent regimen, preferably with one of the best anti aging creams. More and more importantly, you will be giving your skin the correct nutrition to stay healthy and protected from the atmosphere; free radicals and such like.
